Introduction to Meditation

with Richard D'Angelo

We all want to be happy and lead fulfilled lives.  But too often we depend upon our minds to find this happiness and too often we are disappointed. Why? Because we are using the wrong tool for the job. To find true happiness, we need to look inward as our hearts hold the answers to finding true joy and contentment. These are not problems you can think your way out of, and this is where meditation comes in. Richard D'Angelo, of Life Enrichment Seminars, will help students learn the true benefits of the meditative experience as well as experience meditation itself. If you feel frustrated and discouraged in life, this is the class you have been waiting for!
