Get a head start on the language by joining Kristina Strauss, with The Enrichment Company, for an educationally oriented curriculum that is specifically designed for the K-5 student to learn the Spanish language.  This unique and exciting program features foundation vocabulary introduced through games, singing, and fun activities!  Students are able to compound words and begin forming simple sentences.  Early introduction increases the student's ability to absorb rather than translate language. Working With Google Drive - Funded Specifically for Residents Within the Niagara Wheatfield CSD

Students will learn how to use Google Drive, a cloud-based storage solution, to save files online and access them anywhere from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Using any computer or mobile device, students will be able to securely upload files and edit them online. Instruction will be given on Google Classroom, which is a free web service developed by Google and part of the G Suite for Education to help schools streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students. 

*Funded specifically for residents within the Niagara Wheatfield CSD.

Excel Basics II - Online - Funded Specifically for Residents of the Niagara Wheatfield CSD

Certified Advanced Tutor and Microsoft Specialist Carol Heavern will conduct a two-hour Zoom remote tutoring help session for Excel Simple Formulas.  Lessons include introduction to simple formulas with PEMDAS, auto functions, copying formulas and cell references.  Extra tutoring help available.  *Registration is required as well as contact for Zoom links with kcheavern.chf2020@gmail.com.

Kathy Noakes, AFAA Certified Group Fitness certified, owner of Brave Life Yoga, RYT 200 hours with Yoga Alliance, will help you unwind with an hour-long Vinyasa Flow yoga class with options for EVERYONE! Throughout this five-week yoga series, participants will engage in gentle flowing movements and stretches, ending with a mindful relaxing Savasana.                                                                              *Students need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and blocks if you have them. Blocks can be provided.
