Self Defense - Krav Maga with The Warrior U - Ages 13-Adult

Join the owner of The Warrior U, Joe Gizzarelli, 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, for instruction and practice in Krav Maga, reality-based self-defense. This course is designed for teens and adults, ages 13 and up. You'll learn how to protect yourself, your family, and those around you. Instruction will cover defending against grabs, pulls, chokes, and how to effectively strike back. We'll also discuss everyday situations that might feel unsafe and you'll develop the confidence to deal with potential threats, enhance your social awareness and instincts when out in public and get a fantastic workout!

Campers should come prepared for the weather; have sunscreen, water, a healthy snack, and all belongings labeled, all while having FUN and building friendships in a SAFE, FRIENDLY, and WELCOMING environment with our professional, experienced, CPR/AED/First Aid certified staff.
All students are welcome regardless of their school district. Campers will engage in supervised games, non-competitive sports, arts and crafts, nature and environmental education, yoga, dance, rock climbing, obstacle course, summer reading, team building, and life-skills development projects, along with weekly field trips!

Join Certified Physical Education Teacher, James Maleck, for a fun and empowering Girls Flag Football Clniic designed for all skill levels! Whether you're brand new or looking to improve your game, this clinic focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence-building in a supportive environment. Registrants will learn passing, catching, route runnin, defensive basics and positioning, game strategy and teamwork, skill drills and live game play. All flag football equipment is provided for use.
Registrants should bring: Wear athletic clothing, plastic cleats or sneakers, water bottle mouth piece (optional). Spots are limited. Sign up early to secure your child(ren)'s place.l
