This Halloween, let the good times roll—NOLA style! Join Chef Tess for a festive cook-along that brings the bold, joyful flavors of New Orleans right into your kitchen. You'll cook along learning to create a wonderful Muffuletta bread from scratch, and a vibrant olive and veggie giardiniera-style condiment. Then assemble the legendary Muffuletta sandwich stacked high with classic deli meats and cheeses. You will also be able to , sit back and enjoy Chef Tess demonstrating two beloved Mardi Gras treats: • A showstopping King Cake, complete with a delicious filling, festive colors, and a surprise tucked inside • Fresh, pillowy beignets dusted with powdered sugar and served warm This class is perfect for families and food lovers alike—an unforgettable celebration of flavor, tradition, and fun! • Cook-Along: Muffuletta bread, giardiniera spread, and Muffuletta sandwich • Demonstration: King Cake & Beignets (due to proofing time, these will be demonstrated but recipes for all items will be received) ~This class will take place on Zoom, free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. A list of ingredients and class details will be received in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and preparation. The Instructor’s Personal Recipes from this class will be included in a professionally made PDF packet to be received by participants after the class. NOTE: The instructor’s recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those who register for this class. As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional. Come join the fun! Note: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home ONLY. This is an ADULTS ONLY CLASS. Classic Homemade Pierogi & Sweet Berry Pierogi! - Online

Have some fun participating in this virtual class! Learn how to make your own homemade classic pierogi and wonderful sweet berry pierogi with two types of homemade dough and filling that will make your taste buds dance for joy! We will also be learning how to cook and freeze these little dumplings that you can make ahead and store for a rainy day. No fancy equipment needed! Store-bought frozen pierogi will become a thing of the past! Participants will receive login information as well as a list of ingredients 5-7 days prior to class start date to allow for shopping and prep. A professionally created PDF packet of the instructor's personal recipe as well as an invitation to join Tess's private and public Facebook group will be issued.

Bring warmth, color, and bold Mediterranean flavor to your table with this festive virtual cook-along experience taught by an actual descendant of Spartans who will guide you through the crafting of a stunning Mezze-Style charcuterie board step-by-step. Something special for your fall and winter gatherings, holiday parties, or everyday entertaining. You’ll cook along to create: • Silky whipped feta and refreshing tzatziki dips • Savory, spiced Greek meatballs • Hand crafted, from-scratch pita bread Chef Tess will also demonstrate how to make: • Muhammara, a smoky red pepper and walnut dip • Greek hummus • (Time permitting) Crispy sesame breadsticks NOTE: recipes for all items will be received. The class wraps up with a lesson on assembling your mezze board—learning how to balance colors, textures, and flavors while using simple items from your kitchen to add height, structure, and visual flair. Complete your board with an array of fresh and pickled vegetables, olives, fruits, and nuts to create an edible work of art. This experience celebrates beautiful presentation, bold flavor, and the joy of gathering—Mediterranean style. Equipment: A food processor or blender is needed for the creation of the Whipped feta. Stand mixer recommended for the pita bread.

Monster Cookies (Winter Wonderland) & Stuffed NYC Cookies Workshop

Step into a sweet winter wonderland in this joyful holiday cookie workshop cook-along experience led by instructor Tess. Learn to create FOUR amazing gourmet cookies from scratch using two types of dough using Tess’ original recipes. Only requirement is being able to keep the recipes secret! First up, MONSTER COOKIE DOUGH will be used to craft two DIFFERENT types of Monster Cookies, one of which actually looks like the beloved Cookie Monster, and the other is more of a classic albeit moist, delicious, and decadent. They are MASSIVE, colorful, chewy, and loaded with festive mix-ins that are as fun to make, as they are to eat. Next, an out of this world dough will be created using a recipe Tess has never shared before that uses very unconventional mixing techniques. The dough will be used to create the ultimate bakery, NYC-Style stuffed cookies filled with dreamy indulgent centers like cheesecake, and fudgy brownie. Cookies will then be created, once again, using unconventional shaping and baking techniques! Tess will also demonstrate how to stuff cookies with the Viral Dubai Chocolate, and how to create her version of a most delicious Apple Crumble Stuffed NYC—style cookie.
