Swimming - Adult Morning Lap

Start your day off with a splash in the six-lane, 25-yard Niagara Wheatfield Sr. High School swimming pool. Swim class will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays while school is in session from 6:30-7:15 a.m. Access to workouts and pace clock can be provided. Swimmers can create your own workout or just get some laps in!
*Registration is required.
*Class is not in session the week of February 17-22 and the week of April 14-21, 2025
Zumba - Session I

Everybody and every body! All fitness levels and ages (adult) are welcome for this bargain-price five-class sesion. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Join in on a total workout, combing all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. *Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes you can move in, and wear sneakers.

Country Line Dance - Beginner

Join Lisa Lariccia for a fun, six-week, 45-minute session and learn and perfect line dance techniques in this line dance class. Students are to wear comfortable shoes that allow you to move and glide, not stick. *Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

This class is for those who may have already taken some country line dance lessons, or that might learn dance at a slightly quicker pace than a beginner. Join Lisa Lariccia for a fun, six-week, 45-minute session and learn and perfect line dance techniques in this line dance class. Students are to wear comfortable shoes that allow you to move and glide, not stick. *Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

Stretch - Total Body - Session II
with Lisa Lariccia

You will stretch your entire body from head to toe while using proper spinal alignment. This 45 minute, six-week course is designed to make you feel like you just got a massage! Proper stretching will keep all your muscles and joints moving freely without pain or discomfort and also help with injury prevention.
*You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water. Yoga or stretching blocks are helpful.

Tone - Total Body - Session II
with Lisa Lariccia

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group using cardio and light weights. This workout is good for all levels of fitness. This six-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced. You will need a mat, water, towel and a good attitude!
