Zumba - Session I

Everybody and every body!  All fitness levels and ages (adult) are welcome for this four-class session. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.  We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Join in on a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  *Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes you can move in, and wear sneakers.  

 

Dance - Country and Swing - Two Person

Join Lisa Lariccia for this two-person, introductory, country and swing dance lessons. Two persons can consist of friends, relatives, significant other, or spouse. This two-week session with include instruction in the two-step and variations of swing dance. Please list the name of your partner when registering. The fee consists of $40 for the pair for the two-week session. *Participants should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes that can slide and glide.

Stretch - Total Body

Calendar Mar 31, 2026 at 6 pm, runs for 6 weeks

We will stretch our entire body from head to toe while using proper spinal alignment in a relaxing flow style. This 45 minute, six-week course is designed to make you feel like you just got a massage!  Proper stretching will keep all your muscles and joints moving freely without pain or discomfort and also help with injury prevention.  

*Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.  Yoga or stretching blocks are helpful.

Self Defense - Krav Maga with The Warrior U - Ages 13-Adult

Join the owner of The Warrior U, Joe Gizzarelli, 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, for instruction and practice in Krav Maga, reality-based self-defense. This course is designed for teens and adults, ages 13 and up. You'll learn how to protect yourself, your family, and those around you. Instruction will cover defending against grabs, pulls, chokes, and how to effectively strike back. We'll also discuss everyday situations that might feel unsafe and you'll develop the confidence to deal with potential threats, enhance your social awareness and instincts when out in public and get a fantastic workout!

Yoga Ball Low Cardio Drumming for Fitness & Fun

Join Cheryl for a six-week, upbeat, low-impact fitness experience that combines rhythmic drumming with simple movement using exercise balls and sticks. Set to energizing music, this class builds coordination, cardio endurance, and full-body engagement while keeping it fun and accessible for all fitness levels. No experience needed—just come ready to move, drum, and feel the rhythm.  All equipment is provided. 

Country Line Dance - All Levels

Join Lisa Lariccia for a fun, three-week, 45-minute session. This class is for anyone who has knowledge of the basic steps used in most country line dances.  Class will move at a quick pace.  Participants will learn new dances and review dances previously taught. Students are to wear comfortable shoes that allow moving and gliding as opposed to sticking. *Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

Tone - Total Body

Calendar Apr 16, 2026 at 6 pm, runs for 6 weeks

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group using cardio and light weights. This workout is good for all levels of fitness. This five-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced. You will need 3 and/or 5-lbs. weights, a yoga mat, comfortable workout-shoes, water, towel and a good attitude!
