Adult Morning Lap Swimming

Start your day off with a splash in the six-lane, 25-yard Niagara Wheatfield Sr. High School swimming pool.  Swim class will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays while school is in session from 6:15-7:15 a.m.  Access to workouts and pace clock can be provided.  Swimmers can create your own workout or just get some laps in!  

*Registration is required.

*Class is not in session 11/23 and 11/24

Total Body Toning

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group!  This workout is good for all levels of fitness.  This six-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced.  

*You will need a mat, water, towel and a good attitude!

Yoga for Beginners

Join Kathy Noakes, AFAA Certified Group Fitness certified, owner of Brave Life Yoga, RYT 200 hours with Yoga Alliance, for a four-week, slower-paced class focusing on breath and form, and learning poses from the ground up.  This class will be slow, stretchy, and mindful.  

*Students need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, as well as blocks and strap, if you have them.  Blocks can be provided.

Latin Aerobics

Latin Aerobics is a low-impact, cardiovascular workout enjoyed while learning Latin-style dance moves.  Students will get a good cardio workout without abusing their body and have fun learning dance moves set to Latin-style music.  If you love to move, you will love this workout! 

*Wear comfortable shoes that allow for movement.  Running shoes not recommended.

Total Body Stretch

You will stretch your entire body from head to toe while using proper spinal alignment.  This six-week course is designed to make you feel like you just got a massage!  Proper stretching will keep all your muscles and joints moving freely without pain or discomfort and also help with injury prevention.  

*You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water.  Yoga or stretching blocks are helpful.

You Are Not Crazy - It's Your Hormones!

Cathi has been working with women for more than 20 years to help them find hormonal balance.  This course will address why you may feel like you do (sleep disruption, anxiety, depression, mood disturbance, and more).  You will be given the tools to combat these issues.  This class is appropriate for women of all ages who believe they may be suffering from a hormone imbalance.
