Self Defense - Krav Maga with The Warrior U - Ages 13-Adult

Join the owner of The Warrior U, Joe Gizzarelli, 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, for instruction and practice in Krav Maga, reality-based self-defense. This course is designed for teens and adults, ages 13 and up. You'll learn how to protect yourself, your family, and those around you. Instruction will cover defending against grabs, pulls, chokes, and how to effectively strike back. We'll also discuss everyday situations that might feel unsafe and you'll develop the confidence to deal with potential threats, enhance your social awareness and instincts when out in public and get a fantastic workout!

Country Line Dance - Intermediate/Advanced

Join Lisa Lariccia for a fun, six-week, 45-minute session. This class is for anyone who has knowledge of the basic steps used in most country line dances. Class will move at a quick pace. Participants will learn new dances and review dances previously taught. Students are to wear comfortable shoes that allow moving and gliding as opposed to sticking. *Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

Stretch - Total Body

We will stretch our entire body from head to toe while using proper spinal alignment in a relaxing flow style. This 45 minute, six-week course is designed to make you feel like you just got a massage! Proper stretching will keep all your muscles and joints moving freely without pain or discomfort and also help with injury prevention.
*Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Yoga or stretching blocks are helpful.

Hand Drum Circle for Wellness & Fitness

Experience a fun, six-week beginner-friendly, interactive hand drum circle that supports wellness, low-impact fitness, and rhythmic coordination. Participants learn simple hand-drumming patterns, gentle movement, and group rhythm techniques that improve focus, mobility, and overall mind-body connection. No musical experience needed. All hand drums are provided. A positive, energizing community class for adults. Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to play basic hand-drum patterns, follow group rhythms, improve coordination and focus, increase mobility through rhythmic movement, experience enhanced mind-body wellness, stress relief, and confidently participate in a supportive community hand drum circle environment. Country Line Dance - Beginner

Tone - Total Body

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group using cardio and light weights. This workout is good for all levels of fitness. This six-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced. You will need 3 and/or 5-lbs. weights, a yoga mat, comfortable workout-shoes, water, towel and a good attitude!

Yoga for ALL!

This one-hour yoga class for four weeks will focus on de-stressing, stretching, breath work, and laughter! This class is designed for ALL levels. You will need a yoga mat and blocks if you have them. I will bring blocks for those that don't have them. It is sometimes nice to have a blanket and water also.
