Start your day off with a splash in the six-lane, 25-yard Niagara Wheatfield Sr. High School swimming pool.  Swim class will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays while school is in session from 6:15-7:15 a.m.  Access to workouts and pace clock can be provided.  Swimmers can create your own workout or just get some laps in!  

*Registration is required.

*Class is not in session the week of February 19-23 and the week of March 29-April 8. 

Yoga - Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Session II

Join Hawi Solotes, Certified Yoga Instructor with 200-hours training through HEAL BFLO at Power Yoga Buffalo for a 60-minute four-week session "Journey Into Power Sequence".  Power yoga is suitable for all levels.  Participants will learn strategies to calm their mind and build strength from within.  Power Vinyasa Flow will work your body, focus on breathing, and leave you feeling refreshed!  

*Registrants are to bring a mat, towel and blocks.  (If you used blocks, they are not necessary for the sequence, but help with poses).

In this five-week course you will learn to apply the universal principles of compassion to bring more acceptance, forgiveness, and wisdom to your relationships with yourself, others and the world. This class will give you the practical tools you need to create sustainable personal boundaries to help you live and love more open-heartedly in your life. So come learn to expand beyond the barriers that separate us and become the healingchange you wish to see in your world!

Country Line Dance - Intermediate - Session II

This class is designed for those who have previously taken line dance as well as those who pick up the steps easily.  Join Lisa Lariccia for a fun, six-week, 45-minute session and learn intermediate line dance techniques in this line dance class. Students are to wear comfortable shoes that allow you to move and glide, not stick. *Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

*No class April 2, 2024.  

Stretch - Total Body - Session II

Calendar Apr 9, 2024 at 7 pm, runs for 6 weeks

You will stretch your entire body from head to toe while using proper spinal alignment.  This six-week course is designed to make you feel like you just got a massage!  Proper stretching will keep all your muscles and joints moving freely without pain or discomfort and also help with injury prevention.  

*You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water.  Yoga or stretching blocks are helpful.

Tone - Total Body - Session II

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group using cardio and light weights. This workout is good for all levels of fitness. This six-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced.
