Country Line Dance - Beginner/Intermediate - Session I

Join Lisa Lariccia for a fun, six-week, 45-minute session and learn and perfect line dance techniques in this line dance class. Students are to wear comfortable shoes that allow you to move and glide, not stick. *Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group using cardio and light weights. This workout is good for all levels of fitness. This six-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced. You will need a mat, water, towel and a good attitude!

Stretch - Total Body - Session I

You will stretch your entire body from head to toe while using proper spinal alignment.  This 45 minute, six-week course is designed to make you feel like you just got a massage!  Proper stretching will keep all your muscles and joints moving freely without pain or discomfort and also help with injury prevention.  

*You will need a yoga mat, towel, and water.  Yoga or stretching blocks are helpful.

Zumba - Session I

Everybody and every body!  All fitness levels and ages (adult) are welcome for this bargain-price six-class session. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.  We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Join in on a total workout, combing all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  *Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes you can move in, and wear sneakers.
