Because we are using the wrong tool for the job. To find true happiness, we need to look inward as our hearts hold the answers to finding true joy and contentment. These are not problems you can think your way out of, and this is where meditation comes in. Richard D'Angelo, of Life Enrichment Seminars, will help students learn the true benefits of the meditative experience as well as experience meditation itself. If you feel frustrated and discouraged in life, this is the class you have been waiting for!

Learn to Make Your Own Affirmation Cards

Come brainstorm with us as we create 10 powerful statements that will fortify and strengthen the power of manifesting positivity in your life.  Together we will also learn some visual design ideas, layouts, tools, and resources that will reinforce the power of your affirmations.  We will get "hands-on" and begin the creation of our own personal affirmation deck in class.  An inspirational affirmation deck makes a wonderful home-made personal gift to give yourself or others.  Whether you have artistic experience or not, you will be able to begin designing your cards in class and be given starting blocks to complete your creations at home.  

Buti Yoga

200 hour Yoga certified, owner of Be OK Studio, Bobbi Stokes, will lead the class in Buti Yoga.  Buti yoga is a unique practice known for its cardio-intensive bursts of trial dance, primal movement, and yoga poses all done to beat-driven music.  *Participants will need a yoga mat and water bottle.                                                                              

"The Call of Paradise" - A Spiritual Journey to Hawai'i

Have you ever dreamed of traveling to Hawai'i? Sun-kissed beaches. Fiery volcanoes. Lu'au feasts. The gracious beauty of a hula dancer. Hawai'i is all of these things and more! Come spend an evening luxuriating in the aloha of the islands as we look more deeply into the history, culture and spirituality of this remarkable part of America. Through fascinating pictures and stories we will explore the rich heritage and traditions that make Hawai'i one of the most beautiful, healing, and life-giving places on Earth. This year our journey will take us to the lush islands of Maui and Kaua'i. Here we will drive the famous Road to Hana and visit otherworldly Haleakala Volcano National Park. We will tour the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" and experience Kaua'i's mystical Na Pali Coast, all the while surrounded by the song of wintering humpback whales. In addition, we will get to meet with native kahuna shamans, experience spiritual ceremony at sacred sites, and visit the temples of many of the world's beliefs that call Hawai'i home. For those interested, there will be an opportunity after the presentation to discuss the details of our 10-day spiritual tour to Hawai'i in early 2022. So come join us for an evening of inspiration and let the magic of Hawai'i "call you home" to Paradise!

Kathy Noakes, AFAA Certified Group Fitness certified, owner of Brave Life Yoga, RYT 200 hours with Yoga Alliance, will help you unwind with an hour-long Vinyasa Flow yoga class with options for EVERYONE! Throughout this five-week yoga series, participants will engage in gentle flowing movements and stretches, ending with a mindful relaxing Savasana.                                                                              *Students need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and blocks if you have them. Blocks can be provided.

New Moon Manifestation

In this workshop we will harness the incredible power of the impending New Moon to manifest new beginnings.  You will learn the wonders of heart-brain coherence, a state of unity, and integration of mind, body, and spirit.  You will then be guided through a meditation to let go of what no longer serves us.  Included is a sound bath with trance-inducing shamanic drumming, and most notably, a binaural euphone capable of lulling the brain into a low state of theta, serving as a powerful gateway into the subconscious, the optimal state for manifestation.  All participants will be gifted a crystal in which they will super-charge with intention.  *Bring a yoga mat or blanket.  

Ambient Sound Journey

During this hour-long sound journey, Rachel will use instruments such as crystal singing bowls, nostalgically-attuned chimes, theta-inducing ocean drums, a monochord board, and more to create a relaxing, meditative soundscape.  Each immersive performance is a unique ambient journey that can help reduce stress, silence the busy mind, deepen sleep, and increase mental clarity.  During the session, attendees will lie on a yoga mat or sit in a chair while basking in the therapeutic vibrations of various healing instruments.  Afterward, we will discuss our experiences and ho to integrate sound into our life for betterment.  

*Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or blanket
