Yoga for ALL!

This one-hour yoga class for four weeks will focus on de-stressing, stretching, breath work, and laughter! This class is designed for ALL levels. You will need a yoga mat and blocks if you have them. I will bring blocks for those that don't have them. It is sometimes nice to have a blanket and water also.

Join the owner of The Warrior U, Joe Gizzarelli, 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, for instruction and practice in Krav Maga, reality-based self-defense. This course is designed for teens and adults, ages 13 and up. You'll learn how to protect yourself, your family, and those around you. Instruction will cover defending against grabs, pulls, chokes, and how to effectively strike back. We'll also discuss everyday situations that might feel unsafe and you'll develop the confidence to deal with potential threats, enhance your social awareness and instincts when out in public and get a fantastic workout!

Angels - How to Communicate with Your Angels

But few people have explained what they really are and why they want to help you with your life. Fewer still discuss how you can connect with them on a personal level. In this class all these questions will be answered and more… Archangels and Spirit Guides are also included. You will learn how to connect with them so that you can begin to work with them that very night! In addition, all of your questions will be addressed concerning these beings and the meaning of life itself. There is a reason why this class has been around for over 35 years. Come and join us for a class full of information and joy!

Zumba - Session I

Everybody and every body!  All fitness levels and ages (adult) are welcome for this four-class session. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.  We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Join in on a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  *Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes you can move in, and wear sneakers.  

 

Meditation - Introduction

Everyone has some familiarity with the concept of meditation.  Surprisingly, few people understand what it really is.  It is in fact, a very natural occurrence that people often engage in without realizing that it is happening.  The power of meditation is meaningful when it is used with purpose.  It has the power to enhance your life and to also give menaning to your existence.  Come and learn how this energy can be helpful to you and discover its many uses.  Discover how to take control of your life and transform it into a happy, fulfilling experience.  You will also learn why a part of you is resistant to the concept of meditation and how to work around that obstacle.  We will share the meditative experience in class and all of your questions will be answered.  

Dance - Country and Swing - Two Person

Join Lisa Lariccia for this two-person, introductory, country and swing dance lessons. Two persons can consist of friends, relatives, significant other, or spouse. This two-week session with include instruction in the two-step and variations of swing dance. Please list the name of your partner when registering. The fee consists of $40 for the pair for the two-week session. *Participants should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes that can slide and glide.
