Students will learn file management skills using Google Drive a free, cloud-based file storage service.  Hands-on activities including uploading, downloading, sharing, and organizing files will be practiced.  Students will learn to create, edit, and format documents using Google Docs, a Google Workspace word processing application.  The course includes an introduction to functions such as formatting page layout options as well as inserting images and links.  Additional hands-on activities include resume and document-building activities.

This WiseClasses smartphone three-week series covers essential skills to feel more confident using these devices. We will cover, using several common apps:- Messages, Contacts, Camera, and Photos are a few. We will find useful tools – flashlight, calculator, QR Reader, volume controls and others. We will also learn to talk to our personal assistant. Bring your charged smartphone and your questions.
