Larry will lead you in making one-inch stick to your ribs-keeping-you- warm on a cold-day gnocchi using egg, flour, ricotta cheese or riced potatoes (substitute mashed potatoes if you want, but it's not the same!). Participants will be guided in the art of shaping each little dumpling using multiple ridges that will trap whatever kind of sauce you may wish to serve them with. (Olive oil or red sauce are popular!)  Making the ridges is fun because you simply roll the gnocchi over a fork using your thumb.  *Students will receive a list of ingredients needed.  Please bring containers to take your delicious gnocchi home.
