Participants will create a multi-course traditional Italian meal. Join in on this fun, informative class and create:  antipasti, bruschetta, Pinzimonio, Panzella, gnocchi, Ligurian Chicken and for dessert, gelato with strawberries!  Students will receive a list of ingredients and should bring containers to take their creations home!
