NEW CLASS OFFERING AT A REDUCED PRICE!  Imagine a class where your child gets to learn yoga poses, play games, learn songs, and practice different breathing techniques to help with frustration and anxiety and work on relaxation. This kids yoga class is based on the Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) system. Incorporated in the class is cardiovascular conditioning, fun, original music, plus all of the traditional benefits of yoga:  meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation.  KAY provides an amazing curriculum designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. KAY is stress management for kids!
