Tone - Total Body

This 45-minute workout is designed to tone each and every muscle group using cardio and light weights. This workout is good for all levels of fitness. This five-week session is designed so that every exercise can be done at a level for beginner to advanced. You will need 3 and/or 5-lbs. weights, a yoga mat, comfortable workout-shoes, water, towel and a good attitude!
Zumba - Session II

Everybody and every body! All fitness levels and ages (adult) are welcome for this six-class session. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Join in on a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. *Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes you can move in, and wear sneakers.

Self Defense - Krav Maga with The Warrior U - Ages 13-Adult

Join the owner of The Warrior U, Joe Gizzarelli, 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, for instruction and practice in Krav Maga, reality-based self-defense. This course is designed for teens and adults, ages 13 and up. You'll learn how to protect yourself, your family, and those around you. Instruction will cover defending against grabs, pulls, chokes, and how to effectively strike back. We'll also discuss everyday situations that might feel unsafe and you'll develop the confidence to deal with potential threats, enhance your social awareness and instincts when out in public and get a fantastic workout!
