Beginning Yoga II

Calendar Nov 2, 2022 at 6 pm, runs for 6 weeks

This six-week yoga class will focus on beginning yoga postures and sequences.  Adults will explore postures and find the best posture or variation that works for each individual.  Class will include: warm-up, postures and sequences, cool down, and meditation. 

*Please bring a yoga mat, towel or yoga blanket.  Yoga strap or blocks are encouraged but not required. 

Angels, Spirit Guides, and You

Exploring Past Lives

In this seminar we will discuss the concept of past lives and go into a meditation in which you will have the opportunity to experience one for yourself.  The purpose of doing this is to receive help and insights to assist you in your present life.  With your permission, Instructor Richard D'Angelo, of Life Enrichment Seminars, will be able to help you in making sense of your experience.  Meditative ability is helpful but not required.

Free the Body, Free the Mind

As we get older many of us stop dancing.  From the sidelines we watch others dance, often wishing to join in but fear of judgment holds us back.  In this class we will embrace the rhythm of life using movement as a spiritual practice to free our limited minds.  In this empowering workshop we will dance to portions of our favorite (must be appropriate), songs as a group.  It does not matter if you are a professional dancer or someone who believes they can't dance.  Dancing is a form of spiritual self-expression, and there is no wrong way to express yourself.  By dancing freely and expressively, unconstrained from judgment, we reconnect with the primal energy of life.  After our 30-minute dance session, we will reflect on being in the "flow: of life and living in the present moment.  We will also discuss the mind-body connection and how to nourish the mind-body connection.
